I agree that The Four Firkins belongs on my list of “Grab & Go retailers. However, when I launched my site I asked them if I could promote events for their store and was told in no uncertain terms to NOT MENTION their store on my site. They sent an unflattering e-mail to me saying that my site was unprofessional, and that my reviews were a joke. I replied by telling them that my site is NOT a rating site but a site for news about the best beers available in the metro area. As for my “reviews” I try my best to relay the brewery message so that my readers can make up their own minds about a particular beer. IN keeping with their wishes I will not be mentioning their store in any posts or on the Grab & Go page. I think it is a NO BRAINER for metro are beer lovers to already know what they provide, all I wanted to do was offer them a chance at further promoting their events. I appreciate the comment, please KEEP POSTED as my site is continually evolving!
