Sips – tiny beer news snippets

It has been a few weeks since I’ve posted a Sips column, SORRY, my work and Blog BALANCE has been a bit off…so here we go for a spin around the Minnesota relative beer universe!

-As previously reported here, Summit Brewing Company will be opening a taproom at the brewery. Hours will be Fridays from 3-8 for now and are expected to be open in Mid to Late September. Click HERE for more info

-As you ALL should know, Surly Syx was released yesterday and today, places like the Ale Jail in St. Paul have already sold out! I have know tips on how to land yourself a bottle, however next Monday(July 30) the Aster Cafe is having a release party starting at 6:00!
